Fit Lab was created by Ana and Fernando, a mother-and-son duo with a shared passion for fitness, health, and helping people feel stronger in their everyday lives. With backgrounds in exercise and wellness, they saw a gap in traditional training, something more efficient, more personal, and better suited to modern lifestyles.
Their vision was simple, to create a smarter way to train that delivers real results without long hours in the gym. EMS became the foundation of that vision, combining science-backed technology with expert coaching and genuine care for each client.
At Fit Lab, training is never one-size-fits-all. Every session is guided, supportive, and tailored, with Ana and Fernando’s hands-on approach reflected in the team they’ve built.
